The device uses a mobile network and is operated through a supported phone interface. Remote operation is not limited by point-to-point radio range; both the phone and device need available connectivity and service.

5kW is the power stated in the supplied material; ≤30A is listed as “detection current”, not a universal switching capacity. Confirm motor starting current, contactors and protection for the actual equipment. Wide input voltage does not mean voltage conversion.

Does the site need Wi-Fi?
The device connects through a mobile network and does not require an on-site router. Both phone and device need connectivity, and the device data plan and service must be active.
Can it be used overseas?
Discuss a suitable version for the destination. Overseas versions include one year of data and support power-loss SMS. Confirm local network, interface and account access.
Does sensing mean automatic climate control?
Standard features include ambient temperature and humidity collection and display. Sensor-triggered actions, thresholds and other automation require separate confirmation.
Does the multi-number display mean four outputs?
Output count cannot be inferred from the display artwork. This page covers HT-9601; ask about the appropriate model for two- or four-channel control.
Can it directly switch any 5kW pump?
Do not select by power alone. Check voltage, load type, starting current and protection, including whether a contactor is required.
Will timers and alerts work without a network?
Do not assume all functions work offline. Confirm how timers execute on the selected version; SMS alerts depend on communication conditions.
